Kind of stupid in a way, to be a sniper with no scope zoom until, you reach a certain level. Definitely and most of the maps are next to unplayable without the zoom. Merryweather Heist, can't zoom in with Sniper Rifle. I'm doing the Merryweather Heist and chose the path that has Franklin covering Michael from the bridge and now I am stuck.
