Hi. Sorry to be that guy to post a new thread, but I couldn't find an answer through Googling/searching. I came home from work today, loaded up ETS2 and had a popup message saying "Missing Controllers" with an option to detect. No matter what I do I cannot get it to work. The same goes for ATS. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the drivers. Now, it seems like some of the buttons on the wheel @Silvberbiker, re-plugging the wheel worked somewhat, the wheel centered itself after turning, but it defaulted to a ~100° rotate angle, so that's not an option for me. But if it had worked, this wouldn't be a real solution. I'll keep trying anyway, and hope they will fix it in at least 1.12 If it isnt working at all - First step is make sure the switch on the top of the wheel is set to the LEFT (PS3 ), You also need to open your LGS and create a profile for ETS2 ,making sure it is set for 900 degrees . Make sure the wheel is showing up in your device manager and on steam by going to settings /controller. MOD conflict. #6. Xyzan Nov 8, 2016 @ 2:33am. go to config.cfg in your profile and check if you have "r_steering_wheel 1" or something similar. It should be 1, if it is 0, then it turns off wheel visibility. You can also write in your console (if you know how to activate it in the game) and write 'r_steering_wheel 1' to activate. This might be Euro Truck Simulator 2 > General Discussions > Topic Details. ItzJustin Oct 18, 2022 @ 11:02am. T300 rs gt wheel not working, but buttons do. When i try to play the game, everything is working, like my shifters and all the buttons. But my wheel and pedals aren't working. So i can't steer and can't accelerate. I reduced my dead space and sensitivty to the lowest settings and it helped a lot but I almost never need to turn my wheel more than a 1/4 turn (90 degrees) to get a full crank in the game. Can make high speed riving a little hairy but otehrwise I have managed to adapt. If you want to support me, please leave a like and hit the "follow" button here or you can award me some points, either way is appreciated. So I recently got back into Euro and American Truck Simulator and bought a new G923, but I quickly realised that my auto centering wasnt working as it should, it then took me 5+ hours to figure out what the problem was. Copying the controls settings from ETS2 helped me solve the crashes when the wheel was connected. Just go to Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\A_LOT_OF_LETTERS_AND_NUMBERS\. Grab the file controls.sii. And put it in the folder Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles\A_LOT_OF_LETTERS_AND_NUMBERS\. Hope this will work for you :) Re: Brake always on. check keybindings for controls. if u have them set as keyboard as well as wheel it causes a conflict. so hit the unassign button then click all the buttons that u have assigned to the wheel and pedals 1 at a time til they all say empty. the default setting will conflict with wheel and pedal setups cause u assign keys to the Hello I have a pretty old wheel which is basically a formula wheel but I also use it on ETS2 as I don't play any games that require a steering wheel so I didn't bother buying one. My issue is that the wheel is sometimes "teleporting" and it's not really a smooth experience. What I mean by that is sometimes, moving it left or right will take a lot for the wheel to actually move. JBPuF.
