If the phone is otherwise OK just keep enjoying it til it gets below 80% then consider the $49 replacement service. Battery health improved somewhat, to ~84%. There's also a lot of variation. For instance, with the charger connected and at 100% charge (so it's no longer accepting charge), over the course of a few minutes, I've seen the health change from 84.1% to 83.6% and then climb back to 83.9%.
